3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Nexnest are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (domestic).
• Express and international shipping options are available at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Items must be in original packaging and condition.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Gift cards, digital downloads, and personalized items are non-returnable.

All content on Nexnest — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nexnest or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
